Community Edition
Installation
Linux/Unix users may need to increase the maximum number of open file handles in the system, otherwise JAR indexing may fail under load (e.g. when uploading Mule via NetBoot). Details may differ for different OS flavors, however, most common instructions can be found here. Values of 2048 and higher have been reported to work.
At least 128MB heap memory must be available to JVM (running on MacOS X may need a bit more). For Galaxy standalone add the -Xmx128m switch to the java run. For others please consult your container's documentation.
If you are using Java 6, please use the latest version. See the FAQ for more information.
Errata
Please see the JIRA roadmap for a list of features/improvements scheduled for the next release.
