Mule 2.0.1 Maintenance/Bug Fix Release

The first maintenance release for Mule 2.0 includes fixes for the CXF, BPM, JMS, and JDBC transports, as well as fixes for streaming, MX4J, an upgrade to Spring 2.5.3, jBPM 3.2.2, and more. For more information, refer to the list of issues below.
