The Mule development team has finally managed to evolve from the old "cowboy-style" suddendly-release-from-trunk practices typical of volunteer FOSS projects. Releases are now performed from a stablization branch which should be created some time prior to the scheduled release date.

Create a stablization branch for the new release

Set up svnmerge for the new branch
