At the moment there are about 6MBs of dependencies required just to fetch Mule configs from Galaxy. We should try to leverage the work done in Bootstrap and avoid this dependency creep. Bootstrap does the same and a bit more with only 780KB of libs, around 400KB of which are really the log4j and slf4j bridges for statical binding of clogging. This may need some refactoring to make the Galaxy client helper class accessible at Mule runtime.
