Right now the Integration modules mix client code (used for interacting with the registry) with server plugin code (used for managing artifacts). This leads to poor separation and means that plugins cannot be easily added if there is client code also mixed in (since the client code will have a dependence on Galaxy core, but Galaxy core will depend on the artifact plugin code).
This just means introducing client and server modules for Mule 1&2 and Spring.
