Description

Tried implementing the Twitter update profile image method and hit an issue. Looks like Multipart is not being handled correctly. Need to investigate

I had to implement this since it wasn't part of the Http connector.
Users wanting to use multipart/form-data requests can use the @Attachment annotation for the parameters
