Description

The spring module has been framented in 2.0 with some functionality no longer required, some in the core and other functionalitly that should either remain in the spring module or be moved to core.

We've now decided to maintain as spring module (kitchen sink) and keep the core Spring dependencies lean.
Keeping this open since the modules still needs some JavaDoc

Ross, are you still working on this?

Does this include rewriting configs?

If clean-up is done, but config rewriting isn't, perhaps we need to close this and open a separate issue for configs?

I cleaned out everything that is now not needed or redundant and got all tests passing.

This module still needs a bit of love, ideally a custom xml element for the configuration of MuleEventMulticaster and it's subscribers and some documentation/examples.
