Verify correct use of TCP_NODELAY in tcp/http transports

Description

Unless I missed something the TCP_NODELAY feature in the TCP connector seems unused and off by default. This needs to be verified and should IMHO be on by default since it can provide quite a good reduction in latency for every request. This should also be benchmarked
