Update GroovyScriptConfigurationBuilderTestCase to not use QuickConfigurationBuilder

Description

The QuickConfigurationBuilder was removed for MULE-2203 and so the GroovyScriptConfigurationBuilderTestCase needs to be updated to use the standard registry methods.

Roman, if this is not urgent, I would prefer holding off on it until we figure out how the functionality of the old 1.x QuickConfigBuilder can be emulated by the Registry/Factory in 2.x (see MULE-2228 and comments on MULE-2203)

GroovyScriptConfigurationBuilderTestCase is no longer excluded and script has been updated to use regular registry methods.
