Description

The QuickConfigurationBuilder from Mule 1.x is not very relevant for Mule 2.x. We need to come up with a better Java-based configuration mechanism for 2.0

De-scoping from 2.0.0 as discussed. This will be in either >=2.1 or a muleforge project to enable the evolution of a DSL, for example.

This is needed to make the endpoint dynamic by reading through a database config entry rather than a XML file.
Can this be prioritized and taken up as a Mule 2.0 enhancement

Reading the configuration from database is only half job. Adding endpoints dynamically wothout restarting the mule server sounds very very good
