If properties are set on a message-provider in the mule xml config file, the MuleXmlConfigurationBuilder doesn't set them on the provider.

This has been fixed and there is a test case for both the SpringConfigurationBuilder and MuleXmlConfigurationBuilder to test that propeties get set.
