Description

Add a simple amazon web services example to the distribution as it has been asked for a number of times.

The sample can be simple for now but we can flesh it out as needed.

We've got 2 new examples apps, Loan Broker eSB and the Voip Service example from Java.Net, so this can wait until the next release.
