Description

We should upgrade to either CXF 2.0.6 or CXF 2.1 (may want the later to bake more, but I'll look into it)

I recommend that we upgrade to 2.0.6 for now. We can upgrade to 2.1.x once 2.1.1 comes out. It should be completely painless and if users want, they can do so on their own for now.
