MtomTestCase fails when not using CXF's HTTP transport

Description

When the MtomTestCase uses the Mule HTTP transport instead of the one that CXF comes with, it seems to fail. This means our client MTOM support could be broken which would be very bad. (Alternatively, it never worked and nobody used it)

adding it to the 2.1.1 release backlog meaning we can considering addressing this after the current iteration backlog is resolved, if there is time.
