Webapp example has broken link to the MX4J console

Built examples/webapp with maven
Jetty is running on a remote host
From a local machine, point the browser to the <remote>:8090/mule-examples
Click JMX Console

Expected: MX4J console displayed
Actual: failed to connect error

Note: the html frame references the localhost, which is wrong in case of a remote deployment
