New test case for MessagePropertiesTransformer

Description

This is a new test case for MessagePropertiesTransformer to ensure that the workaround for the endpoint encoding bug works in future releases.

Mule 2 and 3 M1 has the endpoint encoding bug. We need to use MessagePropertiesTransformer to avoid the bug. See MULE-4274, MULE-3478 and MULE-3690 for the bug.

test-data-messages_ja.src includes Japanese string, so please save it as UTF-8.
