Greenmail 1.3 comes with an expired SSL certificate, causing SSL enabled mail tests to fail

Description

The Sun JDK does not check certificate expiry, but the IBM JDK does.

The upcoming version 1.4 of greenmail will have a valid certificate again. With this version it will also be possible to replace the certificate that's used for SSL testing.

Pick up the relevant changes from the upcoming greenmail 1.4 release but don't upgrade our dependency yet. Update all blocked tests so they run on Sun and on IBM JDK.
