the problem of the encoding attribute on outbound-endpoint

Description

The transports like FTP has not a encoding meta data in messages.
But the encoding attribute on the outbound endpoint doesn't work.
And I wrote a tiny patch for mule-3.x, and it works for me.

Can you please add the attachments to this issue? Oh, and including a test case greatly improves the chance that this issue will be addressed.

The probrem is caused when a test case (included in ftpTransport.patch) runs.

  • ftpTransport.patch

A test case for ftp:outbound-endpoint which is added encoding attribute.
