Regression: agents no longer registered with a startup splash screen

Description

Travis, after your recent changes the startup splash no longer displays agents. They are registered with Mule, but never displayed. E.g. every app has a JMX agent, then, e.g. deploy mule-example-notifications for extra agents. The result is always the same - Agents Running: None.
