Description

  • seems we should rename default-service-exception-strategy to default-exception-strategy in schema (it's used for service and flow, also is there even still a diferent one for connectors)
  • default-exception-strategy should allow any MP and not just outbound endpoinds
  • once default-exception-strategy allows any MP... we should scrap "routable-exception-strategy"
