Description

The instructions in the Mule Example launcher webpage for the bookstore example does not include how to set up email notifications. Refer to the bookstore README.txt file for instructions and add them to the web page.

Fixed run HTML page with the instructions on how to configure email notification. Changes commited to 3.1.x & 3.1.1 CE branch.
