mule examples launcher bat error while starting Mule

Description

  1. Unpack the distro
  2. Open a command prompt and run mule_examples
    1. The app gets copied but then I get the following error when it tries to start mule:

      Starting Mule ESB...

      Caught: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "call": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified

at mule_examples.run(mule_examples.groovy:67)
"ERROR: 1. Please check log file (C:\mule-enterprise-standalone-3.1.1-SNAPSHOT\logs\mule.log) to see why Mule ESB is not
starting"
