GBeans for deploying Mule to Geronimo for those not wanting to use the JCA adapter

Description

MUle can currently be deployed to Geronimo using the Resource Adapter, but supprting the GBean mechanism means Mule can be deployed to Geronimo as its own container without using JCA

Geronimo are switching to XBean, so we should be looking to create a Mule XBean plug-in for Geronimo. If there is a demand for it, that is.
