Issue with quartz storing information in a jdbc data store because of a bug in quartz 1.6.0 which is fixed in 1.6.6

Description

Currently I'm not able to use Quartz 1.6.0 because of the following issue: http://jira.opensymphony.com/browse/QUARTZ-560 This is fixed in 1.6.6 which I have tested with Mule and tested with my test case to work with no issues. I have attached the patch I made to bring in this new version. Also I was not able to find 1.6.6 on a maven repo so we will have to host is as a dependency.

According to quartz jira, it's fixed in 1.6.1, not 1.6.6, have you tried it?

I haven't tried 1.6.1 but if needed I could test that version as well.
