Hello example is not filtering favicon.ico

Description

/favicon.ico is not being filtered in the hello example. This is because the response transformer is being applied before reaching the filter and at that stage the payload is no longer the request path.

Hi Ale, it is still open because it has only been fixed in 3.3. I need to backport the fix to 3.2.x yet.
