Logger shows all 4 scopes Properties, instead of Properties and Variables

Description

When I put a logger into a flow with no message, I get a nice print out of message stuff. It still shows 4 scopes of properties, instead of Variables and Properties as 3.3 has renamed.

This should probably only log properties and not variables at all. We probably want to extend <logger> to be able to log variables.
