invalid jug dependency in mule core

Description

the jug dependency in mule-core has been relocated to groupId org.safehaus.jug and requires a classifier. Build doesn't work on a clean repository.

Point taken. When we moved to jug-2.0 it was not available on the public repos, so I added it to our own repo under jug groupId. Guess that can be removed now.
