Improve context specific help while editing XML

Description

While editing Mule configs the context help popup does not always provide the help from the schema, especially when using elements from a namespace for the first time.

This is a bug in Eclipse and is already tracked as MULE-3268 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=247312)
