Fixed an issue where multiple cookies were being sent in separate headers (not RFC6265 compliant)

    Description

When a server returns multiple Set-Cookie headers, the subsequent Mule requests to the server incorrectly contain multiple cookie headers. According to RFC6265 the "the user agent MUST NOT attach more than one Cookie header field". https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6265#section-5.4

Instead, if there are more than one cookie to be sent, they should be concatenated using semicolons
