Encoding should be preserved by maskedRequestPath

The attribute maskedRequestPath was introduced to make proxy cases easier by allowing to distinguish the full request to a proxy from the one to propagate considering the proxy listener path. In order for this to work with encoded requests, it should work with the fully encoded request path. Since we have now introduced such an attribute it's now possible to use it for the diff.
