HTTP Listener error responses don't include content-length nor last chunk

    Description

      When a 400 or 500 error code is returned by the HTTP listener, the response if malformed. It should contain Content-Length or add a last chunk (currently it says "Transfer-Encoding: chunked" but omits the last one).
