Add serial version UID in SimpleDataType to allow migration in case of changes from older version

As SimpleDataType did not have a serial version UID, when trying to migrate from 3.7.1 to 3.8.5 for example, as the class was changed, the serialization id did not coincide with the one in the latter version so default serialization failed.
