Interception API: Error XML-SDK operation with non-blocking operation is handled twice

Apart for the described behavior, also MULE-14754 is seen in this case
To reproduce: add a no-op interceptor in ModuleWithGlobalElementTestCase, add a flow ref indirection to the flow to be called, run testHttpDontLoginThrowsException. See error is logged twice on the console. (such test already done in branch MULE-14754 in mule-integration-tests)
