Impossible to use more than one # in a URI anymore

    Description

      Maybe there is an alternative way for doing this, but Endpoint URIs with several (escaped) # are not supported by Mule 3 anymore (since r19099).

      This happens because the endpoint address gets decoded before building the URI, leading to more than one # in the URI which is invalid (previously the address was passed un-decoded to the MuleEndpointURI).

      This prevents using addresses with several expressions:

      "http://www.acme.com/test?a=%23[header:key1]&b=%23[header:key2]"
